proposal（研究計畫），內容包羅相關研究文獻的切磋 (a review of the
relevant literature)、研究問題和相關假定的陳述 (a statement of research
questions and associated hypotheses)、研究方式的清楚界定 (a clear
delineation of the research method) 和資料闡明的步驟 (plans for data
